Technical Field Application Scientist (Full-time)

Golden Helix · Remote

Golden Helix, a Bozeman, MT-based leader in genetic analytics software, is hiring a full-time, remote Technical Field Application Scientist to support and train customers on their bioinformatics solutions. This role blends technical troubleshooting, software installation and configuration, customer demos, and content creation, with a requirement that candidates be located in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones (preference for Eastern). Applicants should have a scientific or technical background and strong communication skills.
